What we collect

We collect your email address, notification preference (Telegram or email), and search criteria (date, time, course preferences). Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information solely to send you golf tee time availability notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by logging into your account, visiting your profile settings, and selecting "Delete account." This will permanently remove your account, search profiles, seen tee times, and all personal information. This action cannot be undone.

If you prefer not to self-serve, you may also request account deletion by emailing support@sendmeteetimes.com with the subject "Delete my account" — we will process it within 30 days.
